Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work at Byrd Best.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with tags attached (when applicable).

What can be returned

  • Unworn / unused apparel and hats in sellable condition
  • Items free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations

Custom or personalized printed items may only be returned if they arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return

  1. Email bill@byrd.best or call +1 (334) 400-9360 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to: 401 Tracy Street, Shelby, NC 28150, United States.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within about 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
